Wesleys A Whiner (Wesley) Kadow (June 1, 1991 - March 15, 2002)Wessleys A Whiner (which was quite appropriate) and boy what a whiner he was! He was my shadow and always followed me around with the occasional "whine", I guess that was his way of talking. Wessley, just shy of his 11th birthday was diagnosed with bone cancer. He was a pet therapy dog with the Delta Society and worked with Hospice patients. He is survived by Lisa, Joe, Nicholas & Janine and his new cat brother Josey. We thought his race name was a misprint when we picked him up from the track we thought it was suppose to be "Wessleys A Winner" not "Whiner" although he was a "whiner" he will always be a "WINNER" in our hearts forever!Sep 30, 2012

Greys Top Side Regap (May 24, 1999 - July 2003)This poor sweet little 4 year old girl was on the cusp of starting a new life when she passed. Many wanted to adopt her but she never made it. Everyone who met her fell in love with her and we will all miss her and the life she could have had. Sweet dreams little girl at the rainbow bridge.Sep 30, 2012

Tiger Kocinski (May 1990 - July 29, 2002)We got Tiger from Anti-Cruelty. He was beautiful! The Moore's would have kept him, but Trump didn't like him. We found a greyt home for him with the Kocinski's. John and Rae never let him want for anything.

Greys Swift Fox (Foxy) Roon (July 13, 1997 - January 13, 2003)The Roon family adopted Greys Swift Fox around two years ago. Thanks for being his family and giving him a greyt home. He was our pick of the group. We thought his face was stunning. He died of Osteosarcoma.Sep 30, 2012

Greys Sneaky Sue (Suzy) Weiss (April 1, 1990 - January 24, 2003)Someone had dumped this gorgeous girl at a truck stop in Iowa after having her for a few years. We walked into the Animal Shelter in Iowa, Suzy had never met us before. She came directly to us. She knew we were there to rescue her. Her smile never left her face. She was the sweetest baby and Betty loved her deeply. Suzy was 13.Sep 30, 2012

Sugar Baby AshleySugar Baby was the very first greyhound I ever had. She was Boss Lady and my boys left her completely alone. She used to sing in the morning and I would wake up every day by saying to her, "Sing for me, Sugar!" And she would. I lost her to liver cancer at the age of 11 on 2-28-00. She is buried underneath the apricot trees in my back yard.Sep 30, 2012

Simba SampSimba is the boy on the right. Carol and Alan had him a few years. Simba died of a tumor. He was only 6yrs. old.Sep 30, 2012

Greys Safecrack (Sherlock) Clausen (May 8, 1996 - December 21, 2000)Barb and Karl adopted this beautiful boy on Monday. Thursday he died of an infection. Two vets had seen him one on Saturday and one on Monday. No one picked up on the infection. He was fostered by the Moore's for 10 days. He was absolutely wonderful. He died at the age of 3.Sep 30, 2012

Young and Proud (Rusty) Wagner-Moore (December 1, 1992 - December 16, 2003)Yes, we stole him from Shelley and family. We couldn't help it! He was so beautiful! He was rescued from an ad in the Trading Times with Lady Scola. These beautiful kids were raced then owned by an ex baseball player. We received Lady fat and 10 years old. Rusty was very sick and was 9 years old. Rusty died of liver failure just after his 11th birthday. We miss him every day. He was very special!Sep 30, 2012
